Delivery and returns

WheelMatch Pro currently prepares confirmed quotations rather than taking payment online. The delivery and returns terms for the exact order will be supplied before payment.

Delivery

The confirmed quotation will state the delivery method, destination, charge and expected timescale. Delivery dates are estimates until the supplier confirms availability. Customers should inspect packages promptly and report visible transit damage before fitting where possible.

Fitment before use

Do not fit or use a wheel until the part numbers, sizes, PCD, offset, centre bore, load rating, fittings, brake clearance and tyre specification have been checked against the confirmed order and vehicle. Contact us immediately if anything differs.

Change-of-mind returns

Applicable UK consumer cancellation rights will be explained before a distance order is accepted. Made-to-order, custom-drilled or otherwise personalised wheels may have different cancellation rights where the law allows; this will be stated clearly before payment. Fitting a tyre or mounting a wheel can affect whether it may be returned as unused.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Statutory rights are not affected. If goods arrive faulty, damaged or different from the confirmed order, stop fitting them and send the order details and photographs through the contact form.
